About The Facility:

The same high-quality outpatient care offered at SOCH is available to residents of Forked River through the SOCH Center for Health, a fully licensed ambulatory care facility. The SOCH Center for Health offers outpatient testing services, including lab and x-ray; rehabilitation services, community wellness programs and board-certified physicians from various specialties.

Directions

From Manahawkin, Long Beach Island & Points South:

Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 74 (Lacey Road). At the end of the exit, make a right onto Lacey Road for 0.8 miles. The Southern Ocean Center for Health is located on the left, just beyond the Manchester Avenue traffic light, next to the WaWa.

From Toms River & Points North Via Parkway:

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 74 (Lacey Road). At the end of the exit, make a right onto Lacey Road for 0.8 miles. The Southern Ocean Center for Health is located on the left, just beyond the Manchester Avenue traffic light, next to the WaWa.

From Toms River, Bayville & Points North Via Route 9:

Take Route 9 South to Lacey Road. Make a right onto Lacey Road. Follow Lacey Road north past lake Barnegat Drive North. The Southern Ocean Center For Health is located on the right before the next traffic light (At Manchester Ave.)
